1、现浇，指的是不用预制板搭建的，而是支好模板后，现场把混凝土浇灌到模板内成型的方法来制作柱、梁、墙、楼板等，并完成连接的制作方法，当然，模板内会扎好合格的钢筋。

2、预制板属于安装，施工速度快；现浇板施工工艺相对复杂，速度慢。使用差异方面，预制板边存在缝隙，防水性能不如现浇板，而填缝经常由于膨胀不同而形成不平整；现浇板则紧密平整，所以即使预制板房屋，在遇到厕所之类需要防水和开洞的地方也做成现浇板的。

3、预制板与梁连接属于铰接，并且都是单向单跨板，整体性差；现浇板是完全的刚性连接，并且能形成连续板，平面内刚度和整体性远超预制板，按照抗震规范计算，抗震性能大大提高。

 

从安全性角度来说，预制板住房原则上是不如现浇板住房的。但是预制板依然符合规范的要求，在一些结构规则、层数不高的建筑中使用，也是能保证足够的安全度的。
